Hours after he failed in a takeover bid for Delta Air Lines, Parker, 45, was nabbed January 31 on a suspicion of drunk driving rap in Arizona. Parker, driving a 2005 BMW, was pulled over for speeding by a Scottsdale cop, who reported that the businessman was slurring his speech, had watery eyes, and smelled of booze. Parker told the officer he had consumed three beers that evening. A copy of the Scottsdale Police Department report, which describes Parker as polite and cooperative, can be found here. During his booking, Parker posed for the below mug shot and had two tubes of blood drawn. A subsequent lab test determined his blood alcohol content to be .096, above the state's .08 legal limit. 'I will accept the consequences of my actions and I will ensure that it doesn't happen again, he wrote. (5 pages)
